Dr. Alman studied at Suffolk University in Boston, and then went on to receive his clinical psychology Ph.D. at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. He complemented his degree work by studying with masters in the mind/body field from all over the world, including Dr. Milton Erickson, the definer of mind body healing and medicine, known as the founder of clinical self-hypnosis.
